This is an ambient sound video filmed early in the morning at my local beach.
I live in a truly wonderful environment. Within a 10-minute walk, I can reach a pristine, uncrowded beach with beautiful water and a refreshing breeze.
If you take a ferry, you can reach Okunoshima—the “Rabbit Island” where you can interact with rabbits—in under 20 minutes.
However, most tourists visit our town solely for this island, and they leave without ever experiencing the amazing beaches on the opposite shore or interacting with the locals.
Don’t you think that is a real shame?
I want people who visit our town, or those planning to, to refresh themselves in our wonderful local environment, even if just for a short while.
Unfortunately, being a small town, we lack the personnel to run tourism promotions or advertising campaigns.
Therefore, I came up with a small initiative: to film and share videos that offer the sights and sounds of this town, allowing you to feel as if you are actually visiting here.
